Each item undergoes a rigorous 10-point inspection. We categorize our stock into 'Like New', 'Gently Used' (minor fading), and 'Hard At Work' (visible character/small repairs), ensuring you know exactly what to expect.
Are all items professionally cleaned before shipping?
Yes. Every garment is industrially laundered and sanitized using heavy-duty, eco-friendly detergents to remove oils, grease, and odors before they are listed on our site.
What is your return policy if the fit isn't right?
We offer a 30-day 'Work-Ready' guarantee. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, provided the tags are still attached.
Do you offer bulk discounts for crews or small businesses?
Absolutely. For orders of 15 items or more, please contact our sales team directly to receive a custom quote and discounted shipping rates for your entire team.
How often do you restock your inventory?
We add new arrivals every Tuesday and Friday morning. Since our items are unique one-offs, we recommend signing up for our newsletter to get first pick of popular sizes and brands.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Walt's Used Workwear ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
